By accessing or using PopBluff at popbluff.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
PopBluff is a free-to-play True/False trivia game. It offers a Daily mode (one fixed set of questions per day, the same for all players) and an Unlimited mode (play as many rounds as you like, on any topic). An optional free account lets you save scores and compete on the leaderboard.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before creating an account.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at
hello@popbluff.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
- Impersonate other users or PopBluff staff
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content
6. Intellectual Property
All content on PopBluff — including questions, explanations, design, code, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to PopBluff. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Sharing your individual round results (e.g. screenshots or share cards) for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted and encouraged.
7. Leaderboards and Scores
Leaderboard rankings and scores are provided for entertainment. We reserve the right to remove or adjust scores that we determine were obtained through cheating or abuse. We may reset leaderboards at our discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopBluff and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
